This 1970 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is one of 3,196 examples produced for the model year, and it was reportedly refurbished approximately 10 years ago before being purchased by the seller in 2022. The car is powered by a replacement 455ci V8 linked to a Turbo Hydra-Matic three-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential, and it has been refinished in Lucerne Blue over black vinyl. Equipment includes a shaker hood, blue and white decals, 15″ Rally II wheels, power-assisted brakes, power steering, front bucket seats, and an AM/FM stereo with an eight-track player.
The car was originally finished in Lucerne Blue (F), and it was repainted as part of the refurbishment reportedly completed approximately 10 years ago. Exterior equipment includes a shaker hood, a front air dam and spoiler, front fender vents, white and blue hood decals, bright trim, a rear ducktail spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets.
